Sitting in your nice living room which face directly in the
uniquely Lagoon access and the wide open stage. The beautiful
garden pavilions is located right beside your villas. In each
villa, facilitated with the air conditioning, fully equipped
kitchenette, private mini-bar, Satellite television, stereo
with compact-disc system, IDD telephone, and personal safety
box.
7 Deluxe Villas
(one bedroom villa with king size bed or twin bed)
 Offering
you private entrance to villa -- featuring your own garden
pavilions while you enjoy your meal at the open air dining
room which completed with fully equipped kitchenette and private
mini bar.
The spacious bedroom is facilitated with air conditioned,
international channel television, stereo with compact-disc
system, personal safety box, IDD telephone, and a separated
terrazzo soaking bathtub.
In the Deluxe Villa's area. also facilitated a luxury pool.
2 Family Villas
(two bedrooms villa with king size bed and twin bed)

you with the private entrance to villa, and a large garden
view. Provide you with the open air dining area, fully equipped
kitchenette, private mini bar. In each bedroom Satellite television,

The first bedroom is contributed with the King size bed and
the second bedroom is with the Twin bed. Two of them has a
separated terrazzo bathroom. The luxury sharing pool is created
while you enjoy your sun bathing in our wide patios garden.
10 Royal Villas

This huge two bedrooms villas offer you the private entrance
to villa, the environment allow you to embrace the tranquility
and peaceful in enjoying the private pool, outdoor shower
and a large exotic garden view.
A wide open living room brings you the relaxation. Both of
the bedrooms are completed with the King size bed where in
each of them is facilitated with air conditioning, satellite
television, IDD telephone, and personal safety box, the spacious
bathroom with the shower and bathtub allow to bring your tiredness.
With a six seat dining room and fully equipped kitchenette
also the private mini bar.
3 Executive Suites
(two bedrooms villa with king size bed and twin bed)
Opening your private entry, allowing you to step on the huge
green garden. The private studio is provided to have a good
atmosphere for the meditation or embrace the cheerful of your
family in togetherness, and relaxation in the swimming pool
and Jacuzzi for addition. In each room, you will find your

at USD 30,00 - per vehicle. Advanced reservations are required.

• Check In / Out Procedure
Check in time is 14.00 hours. Villa Seminyak will try to accommodate
early arrivals in the first available villas. Check out time
is 12.00 hours. Upon arrival at Villa Seminyak, guests will
be greeted by their butler in their villa to offer cold towel
and welcome drink while registering.

Major credit cards are accepted - Master Card, Visa Card
• Laundry and Valet Services
Laundry service is available daily. Collection before 10.00
am will ensure delivery before 6.00 pm.
• Medical Service
Villa Seminyak is affiliated to a nearby clinic, which offers
doctor assistance 24 hours.
• Shuttle to Kuta
A shuttle is provided 3 times a day to take and pick up guests
from Kuta. Please contact reception for details of times.

We provide the assistance for your business needs includes
typing, Internet service, copying, and facsimile. Open hours
from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm, you can contact us in front desk.
