Bora Villas are located in the trendy area of Petitenget beach.
Famous for its beautiful beach and fine dining restaurants,
the area also features a wide variety of small handicraft
and furniture shop, and one of islands most significant Hindu
temples.
Bora Bora Villas are superbly positioned literally just meters
away from the beach. Though you don't have to travel far to
reach the busy shopping area of Kuta.
 Our
tranquil and luxurious One, Two and Three Bedroom Villas each
featuring its own private swimming pool set in lush tropical
gardens have been formed to serve the needs and desires of
the visitor seeking comfort, privacy and convenience…with
a little magic.
Eight individual villas, plus the four-villa “Kubun Suite,”
span a 4500 square meter property situated only meters from
Bali’s famous sunset beaches in the highly sought-after
district of ‘Petitenget.’
Villas
1 Bedroom Villa
The private one-bedroom villas lies in 270m2 of verdant tropical
gardens, including a large private swimming pool and sunbathing
terrace.
Facilities

bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, satellite
TV, IDD and electronic safety boxes. Every villa includes
a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining and lounge areas.
2 Bedrooms Villa
Covers more than 380m2 of floor space, matching bedrooms open
directly on to open living areas, verdant tropical gardens
and a poolside sunbathing terrace.

bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, satellite
TV and electronic safety boxes.
Every two-bedroom villa features a fully equipped kitchen,

3 Bedrooms Villa
More than 520m2 of floor space, with uniquely designed teak
wood mezzanines adding a further 55m2 of comfort and delight.
Facilities
Two of the bedrooms are similarly located in the main villa,
while the third bedroom is found opposite the swimming pool
in its own villa. Each bedroom opens directly on to verdant
tropical gardens, a poolside sunbathing terrace and open living
areas. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning,
satellite TV and electronic safety boxes.
Every three-bedroom villa features a fully equipped kitchen,
private lounge and dining areas, and IDD telephone.
Kebunku Suites
Accommodating up to ten guests in an intimate garden setting,
the suite consists of a two-bedroom villa and three uniquely
designed one-bedroom villas, surrounding a large private swimming
pool - the perfect solution for a large family or group of
friends.
Facilities
Well-stocked mini-bars complete the fully equipped kitchens
and their adjoining dining areas.

Guarded by 24-hour Security, each Bora Bora Villa features
its own main entrance, a large private swimming pool and sundeck.
